About time for another post

Well guys it’s been awhile, but hey we’ve been busy! Year 11 IB can be a killer…
ANYWAY…just a quick post to tell anyone who stumbles upon our blog, either intentionally or accidentally…that if you like theatre well this is the place for you! Actually, it’s to inform everyone that our youtube channel is being updated all the time, and we’d love to hear your feedback. Whether it’s from fellow Ib theatre students, friends of ours, or simply lovers of theatre, then drop us a line and let us know. Who is tkistheatre? – Kate

Heya guys!!

Yeah well I’m generally a nice person who loves many things, but just life in general ^.^

Hobbies include singing, performing, loving and talking & laughing (if u think they are hobbies!!) Hmm what else, fav food would have to be chocolate ftw!

I really love HL theatre arts, its heaps of fun and I’ve made close friends that I hope to have for life (yes, when we are old and wrinkly we’re going to go to theatre performances and be critiques for all you hopeful actors out there!!)

I am hoping that HL theatre arts will help me with child and adolescent psych/therapy cos i think we all express a lot of emotions when we’re acting!! Oh, another hobby, LOVE helping people, tis my life goal-to make a difference in someones life!

So, all you HL theatre arts people or just actors in general, post stuff on our site! Please support us!!! Oh and we’d love to come to any of anyones school performances to see what you guys do and share ideas and stuff…!

Who is tkistheatre? – Ashleigh

 Hey Everybody,

Well I’m Ashleigh, or sometimes Ash or Asheee. I’m 16, but on the 27th of December, I’m 17! yay.

I’m taking HL Theatre as part of my IB course, with my other subjects being HL English and Geography and SL Biology,Maths Studies and German Ab Initio.

I really have no idea what I want to do when I finish school, but I’m thinking along the lines of journalist,stage manager,park ranger or geography teacher. Quite a mixture really!

Two maybe interesting facts about me:
- I’m left-handed, same with Ronelle.
- I don’t eat lamb. haha. coz of the poor little sheep, they are so cute.

As you can probably tell from my picture (if you are Australian), I go for the Sydney Swans, best team ever!

Who is tkistheatre? – Ronelle

Hey guys! I’m Ronelle, I’m almost 17 (in august!) and I’m part of tkistheatre. I’m in Year11 studying IB theatre Arts HL at our school (tkis) outside of Melbourne,  Australia.

I enjoy long walks on the beach, moonlight strolls….

Ok, actually I like movies, dancing, and theatre. I’m very much a humanties student, enjoying in particular learning languages, studying english, theatre and psychology. I’m hoping eventually to work in either journalism, theatre or maybe working with deaf children. Atm, I’m taking a crash course in Auslan (Australian Sign Language) and would love to develop my skills and combine them with something in my IB Theatre Arts course.

That’s about it. Will be adding stuff all the time, photos, pics etc. Uh, check out our you tube channel, its always being updated and um, hope you like it! Just search tkistheatre in channels, or click on the upcoming link on our blog.

Hi everyone! We’re basically an all girl Year 11 class studying IB Theatre Arts HL in Australia! We’ll be posting up what we do, what we learn and all the fun stuff we do!
